Ancop Walk :: Walk for the Poor

"Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Just walk beside me and be my friend."

This lil guy loves walking. Those pictures above don't show justice to what I just said about Gabriel's liking to putting foot infront of the other. He was tired and asked his daddy to carry him.

I felt for him. Imagine a 2-year old walking a 3-kilometer walk for a cause? I felt he wanted to really understand everything that was happening last Sunday, August 29. Why 1,200 or so took to the streets with colorful placards and happily enjoying the stroll along the streets of Downtown T.O. Gabby understood that we wanted to share our blessings with the less fortunate ones.

He not only walked for a cause, he sang for a cause, then dozed off for a cause. Good thing for strollers.

To all those who walked with us through your donations, a big thank you! Next year - Gabby will do less of the dozing off and more walking. He likes it anyway. Trust me, he does.
