Ambience: don't talk about it, who cares it was dark and full of mosquitoes, we were saving for our drinks that night remember? Food Quality: Very good though Coffee at Cafe Briezh (the former Cafe Breton, y'know the story) Budget: P 350 for 4 people Food: La Pinay and 4 coffees, including their best coffee - Breizh Coffee, so we heard, it was Brewed Coffee pala. Lennon, the waiter, just had a tooth extraction After Coffee Gimmick at Bom Bom Found at Station 2, you wont miss it on a Saturday night Ambience: laidback, Bohemian. Music: a mix of 60s, 70s, 80s and background vocals of the other acoustic band from the other side of the wall Price: P 70 for beers, so off we went after 1 round Nightcap (or so it seems) at Cocomangas (the former Moondogs) Ambience: i felt too old, but too cute with all the Boragays around Budget: P 70 for beers, I don't know how much for other things after beer Place: jampacked with all sorts of people, from A to Z, from all races, from all places i meant Gimmick: 15 and Still Standing, downing 15 drinks (from vodka, to rhum, to cocomangas' own concoction) through the night, and you get yourself a shirt and the possibility of being able to place your country on the board. Iraq has only 1 survivor, you can pretend you're from Diego Garcia isles so you get to see it next time you're here. End up at 2:30 am, and you can have the rest of Sunday for sleep. Or so I thought. One thing I realized that for a price of a dinner in Makati for two, one can actually have a quiet evening for free amidst the throng of stars we saw that night. With or without the nightout, we could've enjoyed looking up at the stars to our heart's content. We could've ended the night with one gimmick - Looking At the Stars, priceless.
