60 Days
In Canada(but currently in the US - November 2004)

"Contentment is not the fulfillment of what you want, but the realization of how much you already have."

Even the immigration people couldn't believe it. The fact that we were able to get a Permanent Resident Card in less than 90 days was as much astounding to them than to us, and here we are trying to get in the US, with much more opportunities than we can ever imagined. (I'll expound on this later).

Yes, we've been away from our families for 60 days now and yet it seems like it's been years. The long distance calls every now and then help. At least they can rest assure that we are fine here (oh, back here, they use "good" to say that they're fine).

We've accomplished so much, we met a lot of warm friends, seen a lot of great places, we are truly blessed. It's also weird to celebrate our 2nd month in a different place, and that's another blessing we can thank God for as well.
