Oranges for tonight More for tomorrow... Orange They Healthy? Mississauga, November 14, 2005 We've been taking freshly squeezed oranges for the past weekend. It is our proactive stance against illness, sore throat and possible colds due to changes in the weather. In fact its working so well, we're like the English sailors who were the only ones taking oranges and lemons (lime) during the war, to fight off scurvy. This practise gave rise to the derogatory remark by some Americans as "limey" to refer to Englishmen. So call us, "orangey". It's ok. ********** By the way, how is your memory? If I ask questions from your past would you be able to remember them readily? Would you be able to recognize an old classmate from a crowd? Will you be able to make your way to a place you once visited - without the use of a map? Want to test your memory? Here are several ways: using beautiful pictures (try inputting "junnie" on the blank), some creative funky psychedelic designs and great thinkers of this lifetime.. Choose 1, turn two cards over. If the pictures match, you score. Otherwise select another two. Repeat till the board is cleared. Post the number of moves you took. So when was your first kiss? << |
