Morning : Pancakes with Strawberry and Bananas topped with original Canadian Maple Syrup Noon : Thai Mango Salad ala Mitzi Dinner : What else? But Barbecue! Morning, Noon and Nighttime This is still Memento. You're not lost. This isnt yet a food blog replete with recipes and cooking techniques. This is still capturing a well prepared menu for destruction, I mean, weight gain, rather, feast for the bellyworms :) Seriously, I had enough self-control to snap a shot (see some fuzziness, as I was ready to devour it in a second) of the 3 dishes before diving in. Sarap! Oh, if given the chance, I would've used a spoon and fork to eat them. The Filipino-way. And who and what will a principal tell me how to eat and call it disgusting? (via email from Tin) I don't want to go on a debate why Filipinos eat with a spoon (heck I tried in vain using a fork to drink my Sinigang soup earlier). That's why I love Jamie Kennedy's resto in downtown Toronto, and its logo speaks for itself on how to eat well and dine first class. Enough said. Let's say our grace. << |
