The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has cleaned up and returned the sidewalks to the rightful owners - the pedestrians. The metro czar, Bayani Fernando has led in the drive of EDSA walls repainted from graffitis (with their own) and made drivers feeling artsy.
But one experiment failed. The temporary lifting of the UVVRP. Now, traffic is worse.
Now, the initials -MMDA- have a different meaning - Making More Drivers Angry!
