Theme Thursday: (Tiny) Bubbles  Bubbly Children's Party The Tent, Rockwell, Powerplant (Makati, August 2003) Bubbles were continuously blown in the wind during this children's party. I trashed this picture thinking that the bubbles looked more like balloons, but changed my mind realizing that that actually added more interest to the image.
