2 PM : And I'm Lost
I'm like Christopher Columbus.
Besides my passion for travel, we both don't like to ask directions.
Is it the pride in me or just plain stubborness to open the car windows and ask for the best way to reach our destination ? Is it a man's trait to take pride to extricate himself and his mates out of any rut without the help of another? Are we that pretentious that we feel we can solve everything by ourselves?
Columbus lost his way, but found America. I normally lose my way and find my fuel gauge empty and my head aching. (sometimes, a passenger seat companion, oftentimes - my wife, losing her steam)
