Photo Friday : Journey  On Leaving Submitted to Photo Friday: Journey Ortigas Centre, May 2004 The sadness of leaving the familiar. The excitement of the unknown future. What's with it that we need to feel the extremes of both poles? What is it with life that we always seek adventure? What is it that we feel there's something out there beckoning? That if we don't leave the place where we are we'd stand to lose the opportunity of a lifetime. In life, there's always a start and there's an end. But the end always is a start of something else. Even a period ends with a "d". Nothing has its outright end. To all those taking a journey today and soon thereafter, good luck. I know that I'd leave soon too. Not in the next 80 days. Or Maybe.
