(Can't) Forget Paris (Page 2 of 8) Review Yesterday
6:40 PM Paris is not just beautiful landscapes nor romantic parks. Beauty is ubiquitous. This lady is the epitome of how beauty is abundant in the streets of Paris. With a disarming smile, she pounds her way home on her trusty bike. With books probably bought from the bouquinistes on the Seine, she slices through the neck craning male mob as she treads the Louvre to Rue de Rivoli unperturbed. I was so beguiled not to have taken a front shot. But take my word - she was a better version of Mona Lisa. A true manifestation that in Paris, beauty can also be found riding bicycles. ("Can't Forget Paris" is a gallery of black and white images from a film that was re-discovered this weekend. This was my very first venture into B&W photography.) |
