(Can't) Forget Paris (Page 6 of 8) Review Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
It's a mutual admiration society for pet owners and pets alike in Europe. In Paris, its natural to meet people on a street carrying their pets more than babies. Law requires them to clean up after their pet's natural tendency to pooh at a nearby tree or lawn. There are litter boxes situated at every stop. More than that, pets are never left as decors or accessories for them. Physically-challenged citizens can move around because of who we have called "man's best friend". These pet followed his owner around the busy streets of Paris, even stopping at traffic lights and moving at the same pace as the bicycle - without his usual leesh. Believe it or not. ("Can't Forget Paris" is a gallery of black and white images from a film that was re-discovered this weekend. This was my very first venture into B&W photography.) |
