26 Things : Too Much  Too Much Traffic If there is one thing visitors can remember from a trip to Manila - it must be the worsening traffic situation. Probably one of the worst in the world. The government can not be accused of not trying. We've seen all sorts of methods, tried, tested, failed, and feasted. There was the vehicular reduction program, yellow lanes exclusive for buses, single dispatching system of buses, the 30-second loading and unloading zones, no left turns, name it - we've done it.
