I love the alphabet. I love the shapes and the way the lines and circles are mixed to form sound, to show the beauty of the written word, and allow for people to communicate.

Mixing the alphabet with my passion for snapshots, I took to the streets and snapped pictures of the alphabet shaped from disparate materials, metal bars, grills, plastic seal, an underground phone line cover, 2 tape dispensers, an unattended 80s toy, several directional signs and some few surprises.

The objective : To form, not from actual letters, all 26 letters, within 26 hours, all within 2.6 kilometers from my office. Enjoy!

Warning : Beware of the Owner

Have you seen the movie "Amores Perros"?

I suggest you should. The film shows dogs in the center of the plot of 3 movies tightly knitted together into one great film.

I have a love-hate relationship with dogs. I love them as they protect me but I hate them, rather fear their menacing look and stance as I remember the many times I've experienced being chased by a canine during childhood.

I have scars in my mind to show. Just like the movie "Amores Perros", the experiences are haunting.
