Photo Friday: Status Extra Hole Longer Pasig City, Philippines, February 2004 Easily this could be a gain of 8 pounds despite: 1. not drinking soda and replacing it with water 2. playing competitive badminton every Thursday for 2 straight hours 3. trying to line up at Gonuts Donuts several times and then peeling away 4. not tasting Gonuts Donuts til now 5. lessening rice intake from 1 cup per meal to almost 1 cup the whole day 6. going to Fitness First every weekend 7. not vegetating in front of the computer 8. walking 9. running 10.sleeping less than 8 hours every day, skipping on siesta The real reasons are: 1. I stopped drinking soda, but my water retention is so fast. I dont perspire that much. 2. I eat right after playing badminton. 3. I peeled off from the line to go to Pier One instead and eat their famous sisig. 4. I found out Seattle's Best Donuts are better than Gonuts. How would I know? 5. 1 cup the whole day, but 2x the amount of other carbo food 6. Going to Fitness First every weekend, except for the last 2 weekends. 7. vegetating in front of the TV set (Grammys, Superbowl, NBA All Stars, and 1,001 other DVDs I've watched the last 3 weeks) 8. walking from the car to the TV set 9. running from the TV set to the ref and back 10. sleeping less than 8 hours, instead I eat junk food during times I was supposed to be asleep.
