For the last 3 decades, an excavation is being made in the island of Santorini that proves that there was an intelligent civilization (complete with canals, water system, paintings and wall murals, a form of society). This photo was taken in one of the houses that was excavated. The excavations done since the 70s, has unearthed 3% of the total area. We joked about going back after 20 years to see how they have fared by then. Indeed a great discovery to know how civilization was before all of us.
