 Indie Day at Boracay Boracay Island, Philippines, June 2004 deep and permanent, in the ideas of living. - Miriam Beard While seated in front of the rushing waves of Boracay beach, the idea of living in the countryside and near a body of water crystallized. The thought inspired me to see the surroundings in a different light. I looked at how people lived, where they sourced their everyday food. I looked at how cottages were designed, to see how they protect themselves from nature's torments. I smelled the fresh air, touched the fine sand and continued to hear the sound of the waves. I know deep in my heart, and my wife knows it too, that one day we will come home (not because we're both Pisceans) to live near water. We'll invite you there when we're ready. Bookmark this post on:
