There are certain things that I'd like to stop - at least gradually:

o too much television
o late nights, due to too much television
o late in the morning due to late nights
o sluggish start of the day after being late in the morning
o procrastinating thus less work done due to having a slow start
o slow starts means cutting through eating time
o late lunchbreaks to accommodate work
o longer work hours due to late lunchbreaks
o catching the replays of favorite TV shows like The Amazing Race 5 which replays by midnight
o staying late to watch television, ugh, what a vicious cycle!

I say Stop! Stop! Stop!
