 Power in Prayer  Power in Play  Power While Working  Strength in Numbers  Power of Many GK Youth Build 2007 : The Cavite Build Imus, Cavite I thought I'd only be working with 5 youth during the whole build. Nope. When we merged with the Middle East Youth, the group of 4 swelled to 25 :) This meant, headache 5 times over. But in reality, it was pure fun to have the dynamics of 21 extra pairs of hands and enjoying it along the way. ******** Imus was the site where we found new friends, in the 21 new youths that we got merged with. Working, playing, sleeping, eating with them for 3 days was like being in a National Lampoon movie with 25 kids in tow. The next scene would always turn out to be unpredictable. One thing for sure - it will always be fun. Parting from them was such a sweet sorrow. It was hard for Canada and Middle East to let go...and the memories made continue to hold our ties together. See you all soon! ********* I got reconnected too with an old friend, now the Mayor of Imus. It turned out to be a good reconnection, him also working in the Public service while me doing it on the sidelines. Our generation is now running the world.
