It was a good mix of work and play...siempre, in life, you've got to have a good balance of everything.. ****************  No Reservations - Philippines- Feb 16, 2009 episode of Anthony Bourdain featured the Philippines...According to Bourdain, It can now be said that of all the whole roasted pigs I've had all over the world, the slow roasted lechon I had (on,sic) from Cebu was the best. This puts the standings in the Hierarchy of Pork as follows: There you go! I was in Cebu and sampled the best Roasted Lechon in the WORLD!
