To cut a long story short (no pun intended), Cathay Pacific made me line up for 90 minutes and paid dearly for it by upgrading me and my snoring to business class. If you know me, those 90 minutes were alright as I was texting Mitzi and not minding the time since I was in the airport very early.

It pays not to raise your voice but to show a tinge of irritance. It also pays to smile and tap your fingers on the airline check counters and not solicit for compensation but wait for them to do so.

And if you are googling this regarding Cathay Pacific's service :Cathay Pacific takes care of their clients. I will fly with them from hereon :) Amen.
