Paris, Ontario (2008) Fingerlakes Region, Upstate New York (2008) Mississauga, Ontario (2005) Dedicated Service Toyota Matrix 2005 From Tobermory down to Manhattan, from Niagara to Kingston down to Martha's Vineyard, a total of 2 countries, and more than 10 major cities, including sorties in New Jersey, New York, Boston and Provincetown, Montreal and Ottawa. She was a traveler herself, logging in more than 140,000 kilometers in 4 years. She was there to welcome visiting family members and bring them around town. She was there to transport food and clothes for donations. She carried the load of hardwood, building and paint materials when we moved to our current place. She practically saw us experience the highlights of our first 4.5 year old stay in Canada. Trixy is not ours anymore. We decided to share her to her next owner. Someone who probably be graduating from High School this year and be with the new owner to move from dorm to school and back. She can also be with a new couple immigrating to this great vast land and needing an economical car to start their new life. Who knows, she can also be a 2nd car to the stay-at-home wife who wants a dependable company bringing the kids to school, and attend hockey practices or football matches. Trixy is theirs already. We ended our 4-year lease and walked away, no questions asked. Since 2005, Trixy served us well. Welcome Prissy. Our new Prius. Today is Earth Day, and what better way to celebrate it than to own a now 2-week old green computer and a very popular green car. Well, it's not really green but metallic beige. << |
